By accessing or using BITAS ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including administrators, team members, and visitors.
To use BITAS, your organization must register a tenant workspace. The administrator is responsible for managing user accounts, roles, and access permissions. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
BITAS provides workflow management tools for garment manufacturers, including:
• 13-stage sampling workflow management
• Production tracking and milestone management
• Cost sheet creation and financial approval workflows
• Master data management with bulk import/export
• Role-based access control for 7 user roles
• Automated notifications and audit logging
• Order Confirmation Number (OCN) generation
You retain all ownership rights to the data you enter into BITAS, including job cards, workflow data, cost sheets, master data, and uploaded files. We do not claim ownership over your business data. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely for providing the Service.
You agree not to:
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service infrastructure
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
BITAS offers custom service plans tailored to each organization's needs. Plan features, scope, and terms are agreed upon during onboarding and detailed in your service agreement. We reserve the right to modify service terms with 30 days' notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Service fees are billed according to your agreed service plan. All payments are due as specified in your service agreement. Late payments may result in service suspension. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our control, including internet outages, third-party service failures, or force majeure events.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections, role-based access controls, and comprehensive audit logging. See our Cloud Security page for detailed information about our security practices.
BITAS, its logo, design, and underlying technology are the intellectual property of BITAS and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Service without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BITAS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days. After this period, your data will be permanently deleted. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
